Hey, I am Dahlia. I have been diagnosed with migraine a few days ago. As I have heard, there is no proper cure for it. However, one of my friends who has been struggling with migraine for the past few years told me that urban farming helped her a lot in recovering. So, I wanted to seek advice on the same.
