Hi everyone, I recently underwent IVF treatment at a local clinic. It resulted in a twin pregnancy. I am extremely happy with the results. It was truly a miracle. Currently, I am in my third trimester. Both babies are developing at the correct rate. However, the back aches have started already. I was wondering whether there are any effective ways expectant mothers have dealt with back pain. Does anyone here have any experience with a twin pregnancy? I would truly appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get!
